How To Make The Most Of Time Spent Social Distancing

I hope you all are good and healthy and enjoying lockdown with your family.


Here are some effective things which you must add in your schedule, during lockdown period due to the outbreak of novel Corona Virus (COVID-19).


  • Wake early in the morning, around 7:00 AM.

  • Do meditation, I have started doing meditation with the help of one video, I'll share the link of video.

  • Start watching Ramayan at 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, watching Ramayan became my ritual habit. This show will let you learn some good habits.

  • Read books, I had read 2 books during quarantine.

  • Playing Ludo with family is my favourite time pass.

  • I'm developing cooking habits.

  • Then, watching epic battle Mahabharata at 7:00 PM. It will give you enough knowledge about the epic battle between Kauravas and Pandavas.


These are some best ways to utilise your quarantine period.
